Triumph at INQUEST Science Fair
Inquest 2023, hosted by the Full STEAM Ahead Club of Cathedral and John Conon School, was an inspiring convergence of scientific inquiry and innovation.Three teams from IBDP took part in the competition. The project on Biomimicry by Adit Bhargava, Gautam Vaze and Sven Aranha secured the first position among 28 projects from schools across Mumbai. The projects were judged by PhD students from TISS.
Each student exhibit displayed originality and passionate connections to the theme of adaptation, directing the teams' research.
The other two projects by the IBDP section were on Maglev Trains and Adapting to floods using gravity. From live models of the Mars rover to water desalination projects, the event showcased a range of groundbreaking ideas with distinct inputs from each team. It was great learning for the participating teams.

We are thrilled to announce that Adit Bhargava, a bright talent in IBDP Year 2, has achieved an extraordinary feat by clinching the gold medal at the ISSO Taekwondo Championship, which took place at Oberoi International School in Mumbai on October 15th. Adit's dedication, relentless training, and unwavering spirit have propelled him to this remarkable victory. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Adit for this remarkable accomplishment, and we are proud to have such a dedicated and skilled student among us. Arunima Mathure IBDP year 2 student bags gold at Rhythmic Gymnastics Nationals
The ISSO Rhythmic Gymnastics National Competition 2023 was held at the Gaudium School, Hyderabad.
Arunima Mathure IBDP year 2 student has once again secured all 5 gold (Overall, Hoop, Ball, Club & Ribbon). This is the second year in succession that Arunima has secured this feat. Congratulations Arunima.. Wishing you all the best for all your future endeavors.

IBDP Students shine at the Icode Global Hackathon 2023
Icode Global Hackathon 2023 is the world's largest coding competition involved speed coding using advanced levels of python (based on an interactive "Code-Test-Debug-Run" module incorporating concepts like conditional loops, nested loops and multiple-level programming).
IBDP Year 2 students participated in Icode Global Hackathon 2023 which included 14 meticulous rounds of challenges which students had to solve using coding. Out of 8000 finalists five of our students have been ranked a high score.
Aditri Shitole secured Rank 82, Ananya Mukherjee secured Rank 83, Karthik Sriram secured Rank 89, Ryan Kotwal secured Rank 102, Dhruv Kulkarni secured Rank 107.
