The students of IBDP Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School participated in the NES International School Mumbai Science and Technology Festival organised in association with South Asian IB School Association on 12th January,2019. They participated in the following events: - 1) Science Exhibition Working Model Competition 2) Science Quiz Competition 3) Space Colony Design Competition 4) Scientific Drawing and Painting Competition 5) Science Haiku Competition 6) Science Essay writing Competition They won the following competitions: - The first place in Science Exhibition Working Model Competition was backed by Sudhaunsh Deshpande, Priya Digumarti and Sprihi Yendamuri. The first place in the Science Quiz Competition was backed by Hemit Dedhia and Nischal Nair. The first and the third place in the Space Colony Design Competition was backed by groups: Kashish Lokwani, Ishika Manglani and Bhavya Arora; Ananya Daga, Ananya Kaushik and Kritika Agarwal respectively. The first place in Scientific Drawing and Painting Competition was backed by Airudh Bhattacharya of the Year 2. The second place in the Science Haiku Competition was backed by Aryan Nair. The second place in the Science Essay Writing Competition was backed by Krupa Thakkar. The third place in the Science Drawing and Painting Competition was backed by Ananya Daga. All of the winners won trophies and certificates. The Working model group won a 10K cash prize.
