Upholding the Maxim.."Mental Health Matters" , the students of the IBDP section orchestrated a unique way of celebrating the Mental Health Day on 10th October, 2022. Titled "PsychInsight"..Scientific .research papers were presented by the students bringing live the true tenets of the IB ethos...critical thinking, research work and collaboration. Keeping Positive Psychology as a theme, the papers were themed on variables like Flow-state, Optimism, Meaning in life, Hope and Emotional Intelligence and wellbeing. 'Mental Health is a right and responsibility for each on' was a common sentiment knit through the deliberation and resonated with each one.
